We are looking for a professional, presentable, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our upcoming store at Kammanahalli, Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, managing front-desk operations, handling calls, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Welcome and greet customers, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
✅ Manage the reception desk and maintain a welcoming showroom environment.
✅ Handle incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
✅ Attend to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
✅ Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer service.
✅ Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and front-office documentation.
✅ Manage customer appointments and follow-ups as required.
✅Assist with basic administrative and office coordination tasks.
✅Maintain professional communication with customers, staff, and management.
✅Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
✅ Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
✅ Perform other duties assigned by management.

🔹 Candidate Requirements
⌖1–3 years of experience in reception, front office, hospitality, or customer service.
⌖ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
⌖ Knowledge of multiple languages is preferred.
⌖ Good computer skills, including MS Office and basic email handling.
⌖ Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and a customer-friendly attitude.
⌖ Confident and presentable with strong interpersonal skills.
⌖ Ability to multitask and manage front-desk responsibilities efficiently.
⌖ Jewelry retail or luxury retail experience will be an added advantage.
⌖ Willingness to work retail shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
